AI PRD generators compared: Vibemaster, GenPRD, IdeaPico, PRD Creator and Flowmaps

Updated

AI PRD generators turn a rough app idea into a product spec that Lovable, Cursor, Bolt or Claude Code can build from. They differ a lot in how you start, what you get and what it costs. Here is how five of them compare.

We make Vibemaster, so read this with that in mind. Everything about the other tools comes from their own websites, checked on 26 October 2026. Prices and features change, so check each site before you buy. Spotted something wrong? Email admin@vibemaster.ai and we will fix it.

Where each tool stands out

GenPRD is the fastest route from one prompt to a full PRD, with a generous free tier and a default stack (Supabase and React) if you do not pick one. It includes data architecture with access rules, which many generators skip.

IdeaPico asks follow-up questions and splits the result into four files that coding agents can pull into a repository. It has no subscription: you pay per project.

PRD Creator lets you try it without an account and offers five templates, including one optimized for AI coding tools, with one-click export for Cursor, Claude Code and v0.

Flowmaps goes beyond a document: a visual board in build order that also tracks progress and flags risks like payments and personal data. AI features run on your own Claude key after the free credits.

Vibemaster is built for people who find it hard to describe what they want. Instead of one prompt or a form, it interviews you, suggests answers when you get stuck and shows the architecture as a flowchart that founders, developers and investors can discuss together. Its EU mode rebuilds the architecture around European hosting, EU database regions and EU-only analytics, and writes it into the build prompt. The app itself runs in the EU (Paris), and you can choose Mistral, a European AI model.
