1. The service
Vibemaster is an AI-based tool that turns ideas into material for building digital products: a code prompt, the architecture as a flowchart, a business plan, an implementation roadmap and an analysis. It is not legal, financial or technical advice.

4. Rights
You own the material you generate in the service. Vibemaster AB owns the software, methodology, structure and prompt frameworks behind it. We may use anonymised data to improve the service.
5. AI transparency and human oversight
Vibemaster is an AI-based system. This means that:
- Content is generated automatically by AI models
- The system has no consciousness or independent judgement
- Results may be wrong, incomplete or misleading
- You need to review the material before you use it, especially commercially
Vibemaster makes no autonomous decisions and does not replace professional advice.
6. Prohibited high-risk use
The service may not be used for:
- Credit scoring
- Recruitment decisions
- Medical decisions
- Legal decisions
- The exercise of public authority

We are reviewing EU-based alternatives and will update this list when we know more.

If personal data is processed outside the EU/EEA, it is protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (SCC) or an adequacy decision.
5. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and for at most 12 months afterwards, unless Swedish bookkeeping law requires payment records to be kept longer.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of and erasure of your data, restrict processing, receive your data (portability) and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
7. Cookies
The vibemaster.ai website sets no cookies of its own. Your language choice is stored locally in your browser. The video on the home page loads from YouTube only when you click it, and YouTube may then set cookies.
